- Welcome to your urban oasis. In this 60-minute reservation, you'll have access to the full amenities of the Tonic Spa Pool Deck including the 50-ft saltwater lap pool, saltwater jetted hot tub, combined infrared & traditional electric sauna, rain showers, cold plunge showers, and all-season patio lounge. Follow our recommended hydrotherapy circuit or go at your pace to relax, unwind, break a sweat, and recover.
- Guided Sauna Flow: Awaken (50 min)
- Energize in this invigorating pool-to-sauna sauna experience. You’ll start with a cold pool activation to awaken the senses and sharpen focus, followed by breathwork and playful, heat-building movement in the sauna to stoke your inner drive. Transition back into the cold pool to close the session and lock in energy with visualization and dynamic movement. Leave feeling revitalized, motivated, and ready to take on the day.

- Guided Sauna Flow: Body & Mind (50 min)
- Find recovery and rebalance your nervous system in this class designed to ignite your inner resilience through heat, breath, and mindful movement. You’ll begin in our high-heat infrared sauna to explore seated mobility, and a combination of relaxing and dynamic breathwork to build heat, release stress, and activate your core energy. Then, you’ll move to the cold shot showers to stimulate circulation and reset the nervous system, followed by a guided floating meditation in the pool to center and ground. To close, you’ll return to the sauna to heat the body back up, leaving deeply restored and reconnected. This class is bookable with one S&T credit.

- Regulate your nervous system and find deep release in this class designed to support your body’s natural detoxification. Through gentle movement and sound immersion, you’ll begin with slow, intentional, lymphatic stimulating movement and breathwork to encourage flow, reduce stagnation, and open the body. You’ll be guided into the pool for stillness and a soothing floating sound bath, allowing your mind to clear and body to soften and restore, leaving deeply renewed.

- Step into the heat of the sauna to release tension in the body and find recovery. Through a combination of intentional breathwork, joint activation, self-massage, and deep stretching, you’ll harness the heat and supplemental tools to safely deepen flexibility, soothe muscle tension, and release built-up stress in the body. You’ll move to the pool for active recovery to reduce inflammation and boost circulation, then close in the sauna for a full-body reset. This class is bookable with one S&T credit.
