- Flow it out and then calm it all down in this 50/50 class of Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga. We'll start by waking up the body, activating muscles, and working up a sweat, and then rinse it all out with stretching and meditation. You'll leave feeling strong, centered, and restored.

Slow down to raise the heat using treadmills, weights, and resistance bands in this full-body, lower impact workout that brings Pilates principles and movements to the HIIT Studio. With an emphasis on slow, controlled movements and longer holds to turn up the burn, you’ll get those muscles shaking, challenge your limits, and build strength, stamina and long, lean muscles. Slow, steady, and extra spicy.
- Rave Ride (45 min)
- Nightclub or spin class? Get you a studio that can do both. Work up a sweat and feel the vibes in this full-body ride with a live DJ, glow sticks, and kicking beats.
- Red Light Therapy Bed (20 min)
- Achieve full-body wellness with the Theralight 360+ Red Light Bed. This patented technology generates four wavelengths of red and near-infrared to treat the entire body in one 20 minute session.
